Our mission is to provide short term accommodation in Zagreb and make a positive difference to people's lives while staying in a new and unfamiliar city.

We feel a strong need to ensure a quality life for our guests who are moving or simply travelling abroad for business. We want them to feel “at home”.We believe this is the 21st century way to stay. It is any traveller’s answer to over-expensive and over-formal hotel stays. Take it easy, put up your feet and relax in your own apartment.
Get up when you want to, eat when you want to, entertain if you like or have a board meeting - you can do it all!
All our apartments are equipped like any modern home, and you can use them for a minimum of 3 days or up to several months. Depending on your needs. All you need to do is come!

Nest club is intended for our steady customers

Our desire is to provide our REGULAR clients with special treatment and offer them special renting conditions. “NEST Club” membership cannot be applied for but members are periodically selected by the Nest Team.
Our “NEST Club” card provides you with special arrangements and allows you to use some of our special programmes. Stay with us regularly and earn the privilege of becoming a “NEST Club” member.

Pay as much as you can

NEST has definitely gone crazy and will give you the opportunity to “pay as much as you can” .
This crazy period lasts from 15^th March till 15^th April.
The point of the program is to reduce small incompatibilities of price-expectations between our guests and us. All you have to do is send us your dates, number of persons and THE PRICE YOU EXPECT TO PAY for the accommodation, and we will let you know if we can meet your budget.

Recommend us and pay less

We would like to introduce you to our new reward discount program. Our guests who recommend us to their friends or colleagues (who have not stayed with us before) may use our "recommendation discount".
Namely, for any guest who stays with us on your recommendation, you will earn a 3% discount during your next stay. This recommendation discount can be used only once for each new guest. For every fourth and further recommendation instead of 3% you will receive a 5% recommendation discount during your next stay.
Note: "guest on recommendation" refers to any number of guests who rent one apartment (meaning, if you recommend us to a friend and he/she comes with a group, you will not earn 3% for each person in the group).

New apartment class - EXECUTIVE Class Housing

Executive class housing is usually designed to be a temporary arrangement. However, once you take it you might decide not to leave just so quickly.
Units available for executive class housing are EXCELLENTLY furnished & equipped.
The benefits of executive housing are numerous, beginning with the improved living conditions. After a productive workday, you can relax in a home-like environment, rather than impersonal hotel room. You can also entertain guests or hold private meetings away from the office. For those of you having no spare time at all, we offer our GOLD service that includes free check-in anytime and airport pick-up and drop-off. Also, your laundry is taken from and returned to the apartment pressed and cleaned.
